Our commitment
Pacetti Realty Company, Inc. is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including visitors with disabilities. What we are working toward
We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely referenced for public websites. In practice that means working toward:
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
- Content that can be navigated using a keyboard alone
- Clear, consistent headings and page structure
- Forms with properly associated labels
- Layouts that work when text is enlarged or viewed on a small screen
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site as we make changes and correct issues as we find them or as they are reported to us. Some areas are harder to control than others, and we would rather be straightforward about that than claim perfection.
Known limitations
There are parts of this site where accessibility depends partly on third parties:
- Property listing data. Listing information and photographs are supplied through third-party feeds. We do not control how that content is authored, and image descriptions supplied by others may be incomplete.
- Embedded maps and third-party tools. Mapping services, mortgage calculators and similar embedded features are provided by outside vendors whose accessibility we cannot directly change.
- Older documents and images. Some material published in earlier years may not meet current standards.
